The screen provides access to the AIS online system.
 
To login you must:
 
  1. Enter your Entity/Examiner number.
  2. Enter the PIN you have been supplied by the RMS (for AIS Online users).
  3. Click Accept Conditions & Login.
Conditions of Use
 
Before logging on the first time you must read the Conditions of Use.
 
PIN Use
 
The RMS will issue you with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for AIS Online users. When you login the first time, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
 
For security reasons, your PIN should not under any circumstances be disclosed to anyone. Each user is accountable for every access recorded against his/her user ID and PIN.
 
Forgotten PIN/Locked out of System
 
AIS Online user - If you have forgotten your PIN or have been locked out of the system you will need to contact the RMS Help Desk on 1300 131 172 and ask for a PIN reset.
 
Applying for Access
 
Complete an RMS form 1277 (Application for AIS Online accreditation - ENTITY APPLICATION and return it to the address shown on the form via facsimile, email or by post.
All registered users can view notices and publications online. Proprietors, Nominees and Alternate Nominees who register will have additional access to maintain their AIS details, search, add and remove users from their station.
 
Notes
  1. If you have logged in to the AIS online application and the screens have been inactive for 30 minutes, your login will be timed out and you will need to login again.
