Steps
- The Inspection type defaults to select an inspection. Please choose an available option in the drop down box to proceed with.

For a 1st HVAIS Inspection
- Enter the mandatory fields marked on the screen with a "*" to create an inspection
- Select Continue to proceed to the pre-inspection result.

For a 2nd HVAIS Inspection
- Enter the last 4-digits of the VIN/Chassis number and enter optional 1st HVAIS Inspection number to proceed.
- Select Continue to proceed to the Inspection Results page.

For Change of Vehicle Records
- Enter vehicle plate details.
- Enter the last 4-digits of the VIN/Chassis number.
- Select Continue to proceed to the search result page.

For a 1st HVAIS Registration Renewal
- Enter the vehicle�s number plate and the last 4-digits of the VIN/Chassis number to proceed.
- Select Continue to proceed to the 1st registration renewal screen.

For a 2nd HVAIS Registration Renewal
- Enter the vehicle�s number plate together with optional 1st HVAIS Registration Renewal Inspection number.
- Select Continue to proceed to the 2nd registration renewal screen.

For Continuing a Saved Inspection
- Enter the last 4-digits of the VIN/Chassis number and enter the optional HVAIS Inspection number to proceed.
- Select Continue to proceed to the Inspection Results page.

Notes
- A pre-inspection must now be completed for all vehicles that are presented for a HVAIS 1st Inspection
- Most of the questions presented as part of the pre-inspection are defaulted to the common answer, please choose an answer if the default answer does not correspond to your findings
- If you want to delete the details you have entered click the Clear button. You may now enter the details of another vehicle.
