Steps
- Enter the enquiry criteria of:
- Inspection type, and either at least an:
- Inspection report number
- Plate number
- Date range of when the inspection was conducted
- Click Submit.
- To clear all data entered click Clear.

- Date must be in dd/mm/yyyy format.
